These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Velmora Executive website and the booking of luxury chauffeur and executive transport services provided by Velmora Executive ("we", "us", "our") in Cape Town and the Western Cape, South Africa. By making a booking or using our website, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Velmora Executive provides private chauffeur-driven transport, including airport transfers, executive and corporate transport, special event transport, and private tours within Cape Town, the Western Cape, and surrounding regions. Services are provided subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Bookings may be made via our website, telephone, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or electronic confirmation from Velmora Executive. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all booking details — including pickup location, pickup time, drop-off location, and passenger numbers — are accurate and complete at the time of booking.
All quoted fares are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, extended hours, or changes to the original itinerary. Payment may be made via EFT, on arrival, or through a third-party payment provider such as Peach Payments, where applicable. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure certain bookings.
Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellation fees and timelines.
Clients and passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Velmora Executive reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey, without refund, where a passenger's conduct is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or causes damage to the vehicle. Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the client responsible for the booking.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure punctual pickups and to monitor flight arrivals for airport transfers. However, Velmora Executive is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or flight delays. Clients are encouraged to allow reasonable time for their journey, particularly ahead of flights or time-sensitive commitments.
Clients are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Velmora Executive will take reasonable care when handling luggage but is not liable for loss of, or damage to, personal items left in a vehicle. Any items left behind should be reported to us as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to return them.
Velmora Executive maintains valid commercial passenger liability insurance and ensures that all chauffeurs hold valid professional driving permits. Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services is limited to the value of the specific booking in question, except where such limitation is not permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under South African law.
Where a booking involves third parties — such as venues, tour operators, or event organisers — Velmora Executive is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service standards of those third parties.
Any personal information collected in connection with a booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection law.
Velmora Executive may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The updated Terms will be published on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
